1. Returns & Replacements

We offer a 7-day replacement guarantee from the date of delivery. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you are eligible for a free replacement.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a replacement:

- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original tags, manuals, and packaging intact.

- An unboxing video recorded from the time the courier seal is opened is required as proof of transit damage or wrong item delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to misuse, altered items, or products returned without original packaging are not eligible for return or replacement.

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
